From the South and the West: Take Rte. 128N. Take exit for Rte. 95N (Maine and New Hampshire). Take Exit 50 (Topsfield, Rte. 1). When you get off the exit you will be going north on Rte. 1.* After the Topsfield Fairgrounds take a right at the second right onto Ipswich Road. (Dunkin Donuts will be on your right at this intersection). Go about 5 to 6 miles until you come to a stop sign. (You will be in downtown Ipswich at an intersection with Routes 1A and 133. My building will be kitty-corner to your left--Appleton Building-gray with black shutters). Go up the hill in front of you on North Main Street and turn left and you will find parking in front of the building (2 North Main Street). If no parking is available there, further up the hill near the churches and library there is street parking.
From the North: Take 95 South to Rowley, Cape Ann, Ipswich exit 54, Rte 133. At the end of the ramp bear left and follow road to the intersection of Rte. #1 (Agawam Diner is on the right; small shopping center on left).** Stay on Rte.133. Follow into Ipswich. (You will pass Dunkin Donuts on your right and a school and fire station on your left.) My office will be at the next intersection with the Five Corner Deli on the right. Directly across the street on the left is my building (Appleton Building-gray with black shutters). Turn left onto North Main Street heading up the hill, take your first left again and you will find parking in front of the building (2 North Main Street). If no parking is available there, further up the hill there is more street parking.
From Rte. 495 coming from the South: Take Rte. 495N. Take the exit 39 for Rte. 133 going toward Georgetown and Rowley. Stay on this route the whole way. After you pass over 95N and Rte. 1 follow directions above from **.
From Andover, MA: There are two different ways to come.
- Take Route 114 south, turn left onto Route 62 toward Beverly. Take Route 1 north and follow above directions from *.
- Take Route 133 passing through Georgetown and Rowley. Continue on Route 133 to Ipswich and follow directions from **.
